The Corvallis Schools Foundation Board of Directors is composed of volunteers dedicated to enhancing the educational opportunities and experiences of Corvallis Students. The volunteer board includes community members, parents, and one representative of the Corvallis Board of Trustees.  The Corvallis School Superintendent serves as an ex-officio member of the board. The Board of Directors has 3 to 15 elected members.

The Corvallis Schools Foundation Board of Directors raises and manages funds from individuals, corporations, and foundations, as well as through fundraising events. They also determine funding priorities and make grant decisions. Members give their time and expertise to assure that the Foundation fulfills its mission.
